I chose  the above IDEALs because education is very important to me. I strongly believe with adequate training and development educators would be able to touch every we come into contact with in a positive way. I also believe that the children we take care of are our future. I read a quote somewhere that said " A school is four walls with the future inside". Ensuring  children are enrolled in a quality early childhood program is an investment in a community's future.
